By keeping our systems updated we can take our customers three-dimensional models and apply toolpaths. This has allowed us to remove material in an efficient manor while also being able to have full control over the finishing process. We can introduce new strategies in removing material more quickly and efficiently. In doing so we can increase the speeds and feeds significantly and utilise a far deeper cut than we would by using a traditional step-over technique.
This reduces the loading time on both the machine and tooling which gives us an increase to the tool’s life. This time saving element provides the biggest benefit to us as we can reduce machining time significantly and as a result reduces the overall production costs.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, we utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) with Revo heads for highly accurate and automated dimensional measurements. Our 3D scanning capabilities allow us to capture intricate details and create precise digital models for analysis and verification.
Additionally, we leverage the latest IM (Interferometric Measurement) equipment, ensuring we can inspect complex geometries with unmatched accuracy. Together, these state-of-the-art tools provide our clients with the confidence that their products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
